CQC introduce virtual inspections
CQC have begun trialling a new model for inspection, including the use of virtual inspections avoiding the need for on-site inspections.
They are looking at ways to publish material online in a more digital way and to be more predictive than reactive.
It is likely this is going to become a more widespread practice to reduce the risks of spreading infection in the current climate.
QUIQCARE and CQC Pro will be invaluable tools to assist in evidencing compliance with the CQC’s Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs). Some of our customers are involved in pilots of this new methodology and are able to provide instant real-time reports, with contemporary evidence statements, supporting documents and media files.
